Your Responsibilities:

  • ๐Ÿ”ง Technical Support:
    Provide expert technical assistance to Swedish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • ๐Ÿ“ Troubleshooting:
    Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems. Guide users through solutions and ensure effective resolution.
  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ User Experience Optimization:
    Offer feedback and suggestions to improve user experience.
  • ๐Ÿ“š Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions. Document feedback and collaborate with development teams for improvements.
  • ๐Ÿค Customer Interaction:
    Deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with users.

 

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฎ Finnish Fluency:
    Native or fluent in Finnish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ English Proficiency:
    Excellent command of English for technical documentation and team
    communication.
  • ๐Ÿง  Technical Aptitude:
    Strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methods.
  • ๐Ÿ“š Educational Background:
    High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in IT or related field is a plus.
  • ๐Ÿ”Ž Problem-Solving Skills:
    Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach.
  • ๐Ÿ’ป Technical Proficiency:
    Familiarity with support tools and software.
