  • 🔧 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our streaming services, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • 💭 Assist members with navigating our platform and making the most of its features.
  • 📊 Collect and share feedback to help us enhance our services and improve customer satisfaction.

 

👤 What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, particularly in a digital or streaming context.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for entertainment, including movies and series!
