What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Support Specialist (Norwegian), you will play a key role in resolving technical issues for our Norwegian-speaking clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities include:
- 🛠 Technical Assistance: Provide expert support to Norwegian-speaking clients on a range of technical issues.
- 🔍 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to ensure quick solutions.
- 📈 Issue Tracking: Log and monitor technical issues, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- 💭 Communication: Engage clearly with clients to understand their issues and offer effective solutions.
