What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Support Specialist (Norwegian), you will play a key role in resolving technical issues for our Norwegian-speaking clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities include:

  • 🛠 Technical Assistance: Provide expert support to Norwegian-speaking clients on a range of technical issues.
  • 🔍 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to ensure quick solutions.
  • 📈 Issue Tracking: Log and monitor technical issues, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • 💭 Communication: Engage clearly with clients to understand their issues and offer effective solutions.
  • 📚 Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.

 

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who meets the following criteria:#

  • 📚 Language Skills: Native or fluent in Norwegian, with strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • 🧠 Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
