Your Responsibilities:
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor online content and business practices to ensure compliance with legal regulations, specifically for the Dutch market.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on regulations, laws, and compliance requirements, providing insights and updates to the team.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on compliance issues, maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on compliance objectives and address potential risks.
What We’re Looking For:
- 🇳🇱 Dutch Fluency: Native or fluent in Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 💭 English Proficiency: Excellent command of English for effective communication with international teams.
