Your Responsibilities:
- 🛠 Expert Technical Support:
Provide expert assistance to Dutch -speaking users via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience. - 🔍 Diagnose & Resolve Issues:
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming services and devices efficiently - 📈 Optimize User Experience:
Assist with troubleshooting to enhance and optimize user experiences, making streaming enjoyable for all customers. - 📚 Document & Collaborate:
Document issues accurately and collaborate with the development team to drive continuous improvement in our services
What We’re Looking For:
- 🇩🇪 German Fluency:
Fluent in German (C2 level) with excellent communication skills. - 💬 English Proficiency:
Strong English communication skills are essential for internal collaboration. - 🧠 Technical Aptitude:
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. - 🏢 Spain-Based:
