What You’ll Do:

As a German Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our customer service operations. Your key responsibilities include:

  • ๐Ÿ”Ž Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to company standards and compliance.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Performance Analysis: Analyze data and provide insights to drive improvements in customer service quality.
  • ๐Ÿ“ Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Training & Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to customer service agents to enhance their skills and performance.
  • ๐ŸคTeam Collaboration: Collaborate closely with training and operations teams to implement quality improvement strategies.

 

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with the following qualifications:

  • ๐Ÿ“š Language Skills: Native or fluent in German, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • ๐Ÿ’ญ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • ๐Ÿ›  Quality Assurance Experience: Previous experience in a quality assurance or analyst role, preferably within a BPO environment.
  • ๐ŸŒ Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team setting.
  • ๐Ÿ•ต Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
