Your Responsibilities:

• 🔍 Compliance Monitoring:
  Ensure compliance with legal regulations by monitoring online content and business practices specifically for the German market. Identify potential compliance risks and ensure that our operations adhere to all relevant laws and guidelines.
• 📚 Legal Research:
  Conduct thorough legal research on regulations, laws, and compliance requirements in the German market, providing insights and updates to the team.
• 📝 Documentation & Reporting:
  Prepare detailed reports and documentation on compliance issues, maintaining accurate records and databases. Assist in drafting and revising compliance policies to ensure they meet legal standards.
• 💼 Policy Implementation:
  Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure these policies are adhered to across all levels of the organization.
• 🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with legal, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on compliance objectives and address potential risks. Provide guidance and support on compliance matters to various departments.

What We’re Looking For:

• 🇩🇪 German Fluency:
  Native or fluent in German, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and understand complex legal documents in German.
• 💭 English Proficiency:
  Excellent command of English for effective communication with international teams. Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear and actionable recommendations.
• 📚 Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a legal or compliance role is an advantage.
• 🔍 Analytical Skills:
  Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret legal documents and data. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• 🧩️ Detail-Oriented:
  Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify potential compliance issues before they arise.
• 💻 Technical Proficiency:
  Familiarity with compliance tools and online platforms is a plus. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
