What You’ll Do:
As a French Quality Analyst, your primary responsibility is to uphold the highest quality standards in our customer service operations. Your key duties will include:
- π Quality Assurance: Evaluate and monitor customer interactions to ensure they align with our quality standards and protocols.
- π Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data and deliver insights to boost service quality and effectiveness.
- π Reporting: Compile detailed reports on quality metrics, identifying opportunities for enhancement and celebrating successes.
- π― Training & Feedback: Provide targeted feedback and coaching to customer service representatives to enhance their performance.
- π€ Team Collaboration: Collaborate with training and operations teams to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual with the following qualifications:
- π Language Skills: Native or fluent in French, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- π‘ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and pinpoint trends or issues.
- π Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- π Quality Assurance Experience: Prior experience in a quality assurance or analyst role, preferably within a BPO setting.
- π Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
