What You’ll Do:

As a Bilingual French & Portuguese Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ๐Ÿ“ž Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries about charging stations, accounts, and services via phone, email, and chat in both French and Portuguese.
  • ๐Ÿ”ง Technical Assistance: Offer basic technical support and troubleshooting guidance for charging station issues.
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ Effective Communication: Maintain clear and open communication within your team and with other departments.
  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product improvement and service enhancements.
