  • 📊 Collect and relay feedback to help us continuously enhance our services and customer satisfaction.

 

👤 What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in a digital or streaming context.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
