  • Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, particularly in a digital or streaming context.
  • Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
