Your Responsibilities:
- 🛠Expert Technical Support:
Provide expert assistance to Dutch -speaking
users via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience. - 🔍Diagnose & Resolve Issues:
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues
related to streaming services and devices efficiently - 📈Optimize User Experience:
Assist with troubleshooting to enhance and
optimize user experiences, making streaming enjoyable for all customers. - 📚Document & Collaborate:
Document issues accurately and collaborate with
the development team to drive continuous improvement in our services
What We’re Looking For:
- 🇳🇱Dutch Fluency:
Native or fluent in Czech, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - 💬English Proficiency:
Strong English communication skills are essential for
internal collaboration. - 🧠Technical Aptitude:
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to handle
