What You’ll Do:

As a Dutch Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customer service operations meet and exceed industry standards. Your main responsibilities include:

 

  • πŸ”Ž Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • πŸ“ˆ Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve customer service quality.
  • πŸ“ Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and best practices.
  • 🎯 Training & Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to customer service agents to enhance their performance.
  • 🀝 Collaboration: Work closely with the training and operations teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.

 

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with the following qualifications:

  • πŸ“š Language Skills: Native or fluent in Dutch, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • πŸ’‘ Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues.
  • πŸ’­ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • πŸ›  Quality Assurance Experience: Previous experience in a quality assurance or analyst role, preferably within a BPO environment.
  • 🌍 Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • πŸ•΅ Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
