What You’ll Do:
As a Dutch Customer Advisor for Payment Services, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving payment-related issues with precision and care. Your key responsibilities include:
- π Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate assistance in Dutch.
- π§ Payment Solutions: Assist customers with payment processing, billing inquiries, and transaction issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
