What You’ll Do:
As a Dutch Customer Advisor, your primary role will be to provide excellent support and guidance to our customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your key responsibilities include:
- 📞 Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely and accurate solutions in Dutch.
- 🛍 Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
- 🔧 Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product information, payments, and account settings with efficiency and empathy.
- 📝 Feedback Documentation: Record and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with teams to enhance our services.
