Your Responsibilities:

Prepare, organize, and manage business documents, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation to support operational efficiency. - π Reporting & Analysis:
Generate and analyze reports to provide insights on business performance. Use analytical skills to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to management for informed decision-making. - π Customer Support Assistance:
Assist front-line customer service teams by providing backend support for inquiries and issues. Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries, maintaining a high standard of service. - π€ Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments to support seamless operations and assist with ongoing projects. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and resolve potential bottlenecks. - π Administrative Support:

What Weβre Looking For:
