Your Responsibilities:

    Prepare, organize, and manage business documents, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation to support operational efficiency.
  • πŸ“ˆ Reporting & Analysis:
    Generate and analyze reports to provide insights on business performance. Use analytical skills to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
  • πŸ“ž Customer Support Assistance:
    Assist front-line customer service teams by providing backend support for inquiries and issues. Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • 🀝 Cross-Department Collaboration:
    Collaborate with various departments to support seamless operations and assist with ongoing projects. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and resolve potential bottlenecks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • πŸ‡³πŸ‡± Dutch Fluency:
    Native or fluent in Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong command of English for effective interaction with international teams and stakeholders. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

    A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
