We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Advisor to join our team with hybrid and
remote work options in Greece. This role offers the opportunity to deliver outstanding

Your Responsibilities:

  • ๐Ÿ“ž Customer Support:
    Provide excellent support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and
    chat. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • ๐Ÿ”ง Problem Solving:
    Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively. Offer clear guidance and
    solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Account Management:
    Assist with managing customer accounts, including updating information,
    processing requests, and ensuring accuracy in account details.
  • ๐Ÿ“š Documentation:
    Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Document
    issues and feedback to help improve our services.
  • ๐Ÿค Relationship Building:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Provide personalized
    service to enhance the overall customer experience.

 

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ธ Icelandic Fluency:
    Native or fluent in Icelandic, with excellent written and verbal communication
    skills.
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ English Proficiency:
    Strong command of English to communicate effectively with international teams
    and stakeholders.
  • ๐Ÿงฉ Customer-Centric:
    Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Ability to handle
    challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • ๐Ÿ“š Educational Background:
    A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in customer
    service is a plus.
  • ๐Ÿ”Ž Problem-Solving Skills:
    Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving customer
    issues.
  • ๐Ÿ’ป Technical Skills:
    Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems. Proficient in
    Microsoft Office Suite.
