Your Responsibilities:
- π Customer Support:
Provide excellent support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and
chat. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. - π§ Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively. Offer clear guidance and
solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience. - π Account Management:
Assist with managing customer accounts, including updating information,
processing requests, and ensuring accuracy in account details. - π Documentation:
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Document
issues and feedback to help improve our services. - π€ Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Provide personalized
service to enhance the overall customer experience.
What Weβre Looking For:
- π³π± Dutch Fluency:
Native or fluent in Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - π¬ English Proficiency:
Strong command of English to communicate effectively with international teams
and stakeholders. - 𧩠Customer-Centric:
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Ability to handle
challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. - π Educational Background:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in customer
service is a plus. - π Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving customer
issues. - π» Technical Skills:
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems. Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite.
