Your Responsibilities:

Provide excellent support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and
chat. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. - 🔧 Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively. Offer clear guidance and
solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience. - 📈 Account Management:
Assist with managing customer accounts, including updating information,
processing requests, and ensuring accuracy in account details. - 📚 Documentation:
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Document
issues and feedback to help improve our services. - 🤝 Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Provide personalized
service to enhance the overall customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 🇩🇰 Danish Fluency:
Native or fluent in Danish, with excellent written and verbal communication
skills. - 💬 English Proficiency:
Strong command of English to communicate effectively with international teams
