Your Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. Provide clear guidance and
solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience. - π Account Management:
Assist with managing customer accounts, including updating information,
processing requests, and ensuring accuracy in account details. - π Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Document
issues and feedback to help improve our services. - π€ Relationship Building:

What Weβre Looking For:

Native or fluent in Czech, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - π¬ English Proficiency:
