What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the crucial link between our company and our customers. Your main responsibilities include:

  • πŸ“ž Customer Interaction: Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in both Dutch and English.
  • πŸ›  Problem Solving: Assisting customers with their issues and providing effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

  • πŸ“š Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
  • πŸ’­ Communication Skills: Excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • πŸ›  Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly and efficiently analyze and resolve customer issues.
  • πŸ’Ό Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.

  • ⏳ Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
