What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Advisor, you will be the crucial link between our company and our customers. Your main responsibilities include:
- π Customer Interaction: Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in both Dutch and English.
- π Problem Solving: Assisting customers with their issues and providing effective solutions.

What Weβre Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented individual with the following qualifications:
- π Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- π Communication Skills: Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- π Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly and efficiently analyze and resolve customer issues.
- πΌ Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
