What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Advisor, you will be the crucial link between our company and our customers. Your main responsibilities include:
- 📞 Customer Interaction: Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in both Dutch and English.
- 🛠 Problem Solving: Assisting customers with their issues and providing effective solutions.
- 🌟 Gathering Feedback: Understanding customer needs and feedback to enhance our services.
- 🤝 Team Collaboration: Working with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds to achieve the best results.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented individual with the following qualifications:
- 📚 Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- 💭 Communication Skills: Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- 🛠 Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly and efficiently analyze and resolve customer issues.
- 💼 Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- 🌍 Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- ⏳ Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
